Your Yoga space

Located at Aireys Inlet community hall, its local and easy to access.

About the classes.

Vinyasa Flow - In vinyasa yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluid and smooth movements, known as “flow”. Connecting mind body and spirit.

Hatha - Hatha yoga is where we hold poses for a longer period of time, generally around 5 breaths, creating a more meditative practice.

Yin Yoga - We hold simple shapes (poses) for a longer length of time to allow the mind and body to slow down. Thus releasing tension, and creating spaces in the body & working with the meridiens for health and vitality.

About the Classes

Beginners' Yoga
If you are a beginner and would like to start yoga our summer classes are suitable for all levels. Private tuition is available to assist you in getting started. Just ask!
Vinyasa Hatha Flow Yoga
Movement and breath are the key to Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa is a based on traditional hatha yoga poses and we combine the breath as we move between each aasana. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga
In Yin Yoga we hold poses for a length of time so that we are able to move deep into the body. Where we relase stress and open up areas of tightness. Suitable for all levels.

Mindful Moments

During each class there will be time for a short meditation or setting of your sankalpa (intention) for your practice. This is an important part of your yoga practice as this brings you into the present moment and aids in gaining the most benefit from your time on your mat in class.

Outside of class life is busy, so sitting quietly for at least 10 minutes a day, switching of your phone, and tunning our from all the distractions can assist in lowering stress levels. Try it, you may end up meditating for longer.
