Yoga for all abilities
Hatha Yoga
A traditional form of Yoga where we hold each pose for at least 5 breaths. Moving through a gentle but invigorating sequence of poses, creating a more medative practice where we align the mind, body and spirit. Great for general health and vitality.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Allowing the body to lengthen, realease and unwind. Helping to calm the mind & release tension and aid in wellbeing.
Vinyasa Flow
Movement and breath are the key to Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is based on traditional hatha yoga poses and we combine them we breath as we move between poses (Asana). Creating a more flowing sequence to our practice.
Guided Meditation
Is available upon request, however we offer a short pranayama at the beginning and end of practice to connect with breath and mind.
